In this episode of Let's Talk Relationships, we're diving into the world of situationships with dating coach and therapist Dr. Ibbie Aromolaran, PhD, LPC. Why do so many of us get stuck in these undefined, in-between relationships? We talk about how attachment styles, emotional behavior, and even things like love bombing play a role. Dr. Ibbie shares her insights on how knowing your values and self-worth can help you avoid the trap of just "going with the flow" and start creating more intentional, fulfilling connections.
